Cancellation policy & travel insurance

Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and a trip cannot be undertaken as planned.

In such cases, the following cancellation policy applies:

Up to 3 months before arrival - Free cancellation

3 months to 1 month before arrival - 40% of the booking price

1 month to 1 week before arrival - 70% of the booking price

Within the last week before arrival - 90% of the booking price

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply in their currently valid version.

Travel with peace of mind
Since unforeseen events can always occur at short notice, we recommend taking out travel and trip cancellation insurance.
Depending on the chosen coverage, this will protect you against potential cancellation fees and allow you to plan your vacation with greater peace of mind.
